I know I’m late to the party here, but IMO, if it hadn’t been hyped up and it was worse than it turned out to be everyone would be complaining even more. So I say, tell them to get ready for the worst, if it doesn’t happen, oh well. At least you would have been prepared if need be.

Sorry for the way belated B’Day wishes, as was offline for somewhat similar reason as Misty when it comes to walking that extra mile to help aging parents.

Wish Karen you could make the clicks on this site a bit more remunerative as to make that difference for the time dedicated, surely the result need to be mutually beneficial one.

It was an opinion Bobby. We all have our own ways of thinking. Trying to get folks to think like me is a false accusation. Think for yourself, not what you are told by the masses.
It was over-hyped, period.

I’ve never been to Belize. I did go to St. Thomas though and the atmosphere there is ….. have a daquari at 11! LOL

I have to agree with you. I went to the store simply because I ran out of something that we really need. OMG, it was like a mad house! I had to get gas because I was almost on E WELL, another fiasco …. I couldn’t get INTO the gas station because of the line. I know it’s good to be prepared, but they sent everyone into a panicked frenzy!

This Irene will do nothing in my opinion. We had one that was worst back in 1986, no worries then. I think our officials are hyping it up just to get people to make purchases. I don’t need to stock up because I have a 2 month survivors kit that I replace every three years since 9/11. And I just replaced my kit 3 months ago.

My favorite vacation spot would have to be Abergris Caye, Belize. The atmosphere is always so relaxing.

I would love to see a ptc contest, because we haven’t had one of those in a while. I think that would be fun. I also like the idea of having weekly contest for those who have completed the most offers too. Don’t know if that is much help but thought I would put in my two cents.
